We process personal data when you visit WeDoHiring.com, contact us, request hiring services, create or administer an account, interact with a Hiring Room, communicate with support or otherwise use WeDoHiring.

• contractual and billing information.

Legal bases

Depending on the activity, legal bases may include performance of a contract, steps requested before entering into a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations and consent where required.

4. Controller and processor roles

Where Pilladia AB processes candidate data solely on behalf of a client employer, the employer will generally act as controller and Pilladia AB processes such data in accordance with the applicable data-processing agreement.

For activities where Pilladia AB determines its own purposes, including account administration, security, billing and legal compliance, Pilladia AB acts as controller.

5. Recipients and service providers

Personal data may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, communications, security, email, infrastructure or other service functionality. Where required, those providers are subject to appropriate contractual and data-protection safeguards.
