WeDoHiring Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of WeDoHiring.com and the WeDoHiring services made available by Pilladia AB.
1. About WeDoHiring
WeDoHiring is operated by Pilladia AB and provides managed hiring operations and related technology-supported services.

2. Scope
These Terms govern use of the public website, account areas, Hiring Rooms, dashboards and other WeDoHiring interfaces unless separate written terms apply.
Corporate clients may also enter into a Master Services Agreement, Order Form, Data Processing Agreement or other written agreement with Pilladia AB. Where such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written client agreement prevails.
3. Hiring decisions
WeDoHiring may assist with hiring-process administration, candidate coordination, workflow management, analysis and related operational activities.
The client employer retains responsibility for determining hiring requirements, reviewing candidates, conducting or approving interviews, determining employment terms and making the final hiring decision.
WeDoHiring does not employ candidates on behalf of clients and does not guarantee that a candidate will be hired, accept an offer, perform to a particular standard or remain employed for any particular period.
4. Client Terms and Hiring Service Fee
When an authorised representative submits a role and accepts these Client Terms, the client instructs Pilladia AB to begin the WeDoHiring managed hiring engagement for that request, subject to any separate written client agreement that applies.
The applicable Hiring Service Fee is stated in the relevant commercial terms, Order Form or service agreement.
Under the current standard commercial policy, the Hiring Service Fee is 9% of annualized gross monthly base salary stated in the signed employment contract, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The fee becomes payable when the selected candidate signs the employment contract.

5. Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use accounts only for authorised business purposes.
Users must not
- access another user's account without permission;
- interfere with service security;
- introduce malicious code;
- scrape or systematically extract information without authorisation; or
- use the service unlawfully or discriminatorily.
6. Candidate information
Client users must handle candidate information lawfully and only for legitimate hiring purposes. Clients remain responsible for ensuring that hiring criteria, employment decisions and use of candidate information comply with applicable employment, equality and data-protection laws.
7. AI-assisted functionality
Some WeDoHiring and Taleruvi functionality may use artificial intelligence or automated analytical tools to assist with structuring information, evaluating job-related criteria, summarising material and supporting candidate evaluation or ranking.
AI outputs support authorised human decision-making. AI does not make the final hiring decision; the client employer's authorised human decision-makers retain that responsibility.
8. Intellectual property
The WeDoHiring platform, Taleruvi technology, branding, software, documentation and associated materials are owned by Pilladia AB or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they lawfully upload, subject to rights necessary to provide the service.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a specific service level has been agreed in writing.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Pilladia AB is not responsible for employment decisions made by clients, candidate conduct, employment performance or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Specific liability limits may be set out in the applicable client agreement.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice, Candidate Privacy Notice and applicable client data-processing arrangements.
11. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated where required.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the competent Swedish courts unless otherwise agreed in a written client agreement.
